Rights and responsibilities of a student:  

                     A student is a learner or a person who imparts education or specific learning from different institutions like school, college, etc. Rights and responsibilities play a vital role in a student's life .Student rights are those rights which helps them to make use of their educational investment in a swift way. Similarly, student responsibilities are those ethics which the students have to obey to make themselves intellect. There are different types of rights and responsibilities of the student which they are meant to render. Like said that"child is the father of a man", There is no doubt that student life is the most important and erectile part of our whole life. This is the period in which we find out our potentiality and prepare our self to pursue a better achievement in our life. This is when we take a step toward s intellectual  behavior, humanity and many more. So, it is a part of our life in which we learn all the basic aspects of our life.
                                          

                         There are different types of rights and responsibilities of a student towards their school, family and related persons. Some of the rights of the students are mentioned: they have the right to use and utilize each and every things of the institution and other places which they are applicable to; all the students have the right to express their feelings, ideas, views, etc. in a free and non-ending way; all the students have the right to participate in every activism without any discrimination based on sex, race, economic status, disability,etc. if they have the capability to do it; they have the right to adherence to student conduct, syllabus and catalog course; the right to protection from capricious and arbitrary decision making; they have the right to their privacy and safety; they also have the right to complain about anything that is going wrong with them in the institution.As Ralph Waldo Emerson said that "the secret in education lies in respecting the students", all the students should be respected.These are some of the rights of the students which they are privileged with to overcome their problems. 
                                                         



                     As we all know that rights and responsibilities are like the two side of the same coin. One cannot exist without the other. So, the students also must obey their duties along with utilizing their rights.There are different types of responsibilities of the students which they have to follow in order to get a better future. They have the responsibility to use the materials of their institution in such a way that nothing gets hampered and their is no disturbance in the prospective of studies; regularity and punctuality with disciplinary habits should be maintained in the institution; they have the duty to maintain the rules and regulations of the institution without disturbing the environment of the institution in studying; they should use their privileged rights in a nondestructive and appropriate way in the institution and other places; all the students must be socially aware and must make use of their studies in their society; they must study hard and pursue the objective to make our country proud; they should submit their assignments on time in the institution without arguing with their teachers; they are responsible to share and ask different types of things in their class in an appropriate way; students should always remain organized in their related institutions, etc. These are some of the responsibilities that the students should be seriously obeying for a better them.

                                 

                    If a student follows all their responsibilities and make use of their rights in an intellect way then our country and also the whole world can grow up to greater heights. So, students should be initiated with strong will and collaboration and that is because rights and responsibilities are important for the students. Aristotle said that" roots of teachings are bitter but their fruits are sweet". So, work hard and the world is ours.
